Condos are now eligible for FHA financing. This change also applies to reverse mortgages providing a boost to those who want to retire and stay in place. Beginning October 15th, FHA will start issuing case numbers for condos.  This is a great move to make housing more available to a broader group of home owners.

    It's no surprise that we see the burden of student loan debt impacting so many. The news is filled with headlines on the subject. However, student loan debt may be treated more favorably by certain loan programs and can even be rolled into a mortgage refinance without impacting rates and pricing as other debt might.
